I will be teaching at the upcoming VIB training course, CRISPR in Action: Practice and Theory of Genome Engineering, taking place from 17 to 21 August 2026 in Heverlee (Leuven).
This is a hands-on, week-long course covering both the theory and practice of CRISPR-based genome editing. Participants will learn how to design gRNAs, construct CRISPR vectors, perform genome editing, and analyze editing outcomes, combining interactive lectures with guided lab sessions.
I’ll be teaching alongside Sibylle Vonesch (KU Leuven) and Olaf Klingbeil (VIB-KU Leuven Center for Cancer Biology), with support from a great team of PhD researchers.
